Representation in Firearms Matters

Sean P. Healy has represented gun owners for approximately twenty years. He has experience representing citizens in the following types of cases:

  • Administrative action to restore firearms rights of persons with past criminal convictions or deferred adjudication;
  • Defending persons with concealed handgun licenses against government actions to deny, suspend, or revoke the license;
  • Court action to restore firearms rights of persons with prior mental health issues;
  • Defending clients in criminal cases (handling firearms issues with a criminal defense attorney to serve as lead counsel);
  • Representation of gun dealers (federal firearms licensees, or FFL's);
  • Representation of dealers of machine guns, suppressors, and similar items (special occupational taxpayers, or SOT's)

Mr. Healy is a life member of the NRA, an NRA-Certified Instructor and Training Counselor, and a concealed handgun instructor. He has extensive involvement in the firearms rights area, as reflected on his resume.
